Our platform primarily provides technology solutions for GST compliances and related services.
To use our services, you will need to give us certain details like your name, date of birth, contact information, and other necessary information. This might include your PAN card, signature, marital status, nominee details, and more. We might also ask for your Aadhaar ID, but providing it is optional unless it is required by law. You can choose to provide another form of identification if you prefer.
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and understand that you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.
While there are electronic payment methods available for platform transactions, we do not directly provide banking or financial services.
We have the right to stop your access to the Platform or your access to any data for various reasons:
We can do this even if you have not broken these Terms but if we find any kind of leakage of data or other activities which do not follow laws we can cancel your license.
As a technology platform service provider, we won not be held responsible for any claims or damages related to your use of the Platform, including any payments made through it. Your use of the Platform and Services is at your own risk.
We provide the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we, along with our Strategic Partners and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We won not be liable for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including:
This covers all kinds of losses, including special, incidental, major, direct, and indirect ones, even if we were informed that they would occur. These liability restrictions are an essential part of our contract with you.
Without these restrictions, you would not be able to access the goods, data, and services made available via the Platform or the Services.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company (including its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees) from and against any damages, actions, claims, costs, losses, liabilities, expenses (including legal fees), and more arising from:
You understand that your violation will harm the Company and it is partners, and agree that monetary damages would not be enough to compensate them. You agree that if necessary, the Company can ask for special help from the court. This is on top of any other legal actions the Company might take.
If the Company takes legal action against you due to your violation of these Terms, you agree to pay all reasonable legal fees and costs, along with any other granted relief.
While the Company currently does not charge any transaction fees for it is services, you acknowledge that it may do so in the future. If such changes are found, the Company will notify you by email and on the Platform.
You will be able to remove the property from your account at no additional expense to the business.
You understand that any fees charged by the Company will be separate from those charged by Mutual Funds, if applicable. You agree to pay all fees and charges in full without any deductions. Your obligations to the Company and to Mutual Funds/AMCs/trustees of the AMC may be joint or several.
Refunds are not granted after payment, except for certain assisted plans where cancellation is possible before work begins.
